Alkaram Textile Mills is looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team in Karachi. The role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and supporting workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.

Job Description:

• Act as strategic HR partner to business leaders and align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational structuring.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment in coordination with department heads.
• Drive performance management cycle and support managers on performance issues.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and provide insights.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Facilitate succession planning and talent development.
