Sr. Waiter

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction with dining experience.
• Build rapport with guests to promote a positive experience and encourage repeat business
• Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high standards of table setting, presentation, and cleanliness
• Ensure timely clearance of tables and refilling of beverages
• Work collaboratively with other waiters, captains, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Support team members to ensure high standards of service are maintained
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  

Education & Experience: 

• 4 to 6 years of Experience 
• Intermediate in Arts

• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other waiters, captains, and kitchen staff to achieve common goals.

• Menu Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Service Standards: Understanding of high-end service standards and ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Table Management: Ability to manage table settings, orders, and payments effectively
