Job Overview – Barista (Hotel Industry)

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista for our hotel industry to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, assisting with inventory management, upselling menu items, and supporting overall F&B operations. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a welcoming experience for hotel guests.

Job Description :

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment at all times.
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service in line with hotel hospitality standards.
• Take orders accurately and handle billing or POS transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus and seasonal offerings.
  
• Suggest drinks and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
• Comply with health, safety, and food handling standards.
• Support other F&B operations during peak hours as needed.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel, café, or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
• Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
  
• Basic understanding of POS and billing systems.
