Role Summary:
The Team Lead will manage sales and service delivery for SaaS, Cloud, and Oracle-based solutions, focusing on enterprise clients across the UAE. This role requires strong technical selling ability, team leadership, and hands-on experience in the UAE IT solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Sales & Services team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for SaaS, Cloud, and Oracle solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the UAE market.

Oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality customer experience and solution adoption.

Develop sales strategies for the UAE region based on market trends and competition insights.

Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.

Work closely with technical and product teams to prepare proposals, demos, and project plans.

Mentor and support team members to improve sales performance and service quality.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in SaaS, Cloud, Oracle, or ERP solution sales.

Must have strong experience in the UAE market (mandatory).

Proven team leadership and ability to manage sales + service operations.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS delivery models, and enterprise IT environments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
