Role Summary:

The Team Lead will manage sales and service delivery for SaaS, Cloud, and Oracle-based solutions, focusing on enterprise clients across the UAE. This role requires strong technical selling ability, team leadership, and hands-on experience in the UAE IT solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales & Services team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for SaaS, Cloud, and Oracle solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the UAE market.

  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality customer experience and solution adoption.

  • Develop sales strategies for the UAE region based on market trends and competition insights.

  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.

  • Work closely with technical and product teams to prepare proposals, demos, and project plans.

  • Mentor and support team members to improve sales performance and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in SaaS, Cloud, Oracle, or ERP solution sales.

  • Must have strong experience in the UAE market (mandatory).

  • Proven team leadership and ability to manage sales + service operations.

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS delivery models, and enterprise IT environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
