Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

  • Communicate with selected candidates regarding required documentation and assist them in completing recruitment and joining formalities.

  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports and insights.

  • Ensure timely preparation and completion of EMF gratuity DSRs and cheque documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of new hires and exiting employees on the clients administrative portal.

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (BBA/MBA – HR).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
