Job Description

Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Communicate with selected candidates regarding required documentation and assist them in completing recruitment and joining formalities.

Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports and insights.

Ensure timely preparation and completion of EMF gratuity DSRs and cheque documentation.

Maintain accurate records of new hires and exiting employees on the clients administrative portal.

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (BBA/MBA – HR).

2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
