Senior Housekeeping Supervisor (H-590)

Job Description:

• Monitor staff performance, discipline and provide required training to staff
• Inspection of suites and other areas on time and as per standard
• Plans the workflow and ensures that employees understand their delegated tasks
• Check inventories and assist the Housekeeping Manager
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition/Roster making
• Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance meets the standards required
• Ensure adherence to the properties' brand standards at all times

Experience and Qualification

• 5-10 years of Experience
• Graduation

Technical Skills

• Cleaning Equipment and Tools
• Ability to use Industrial Equipment
• Guide team members properly
• HSSC+
