Core Responsibilities


1. Client Strategy & Communication Ownership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing clients.

  • Translate business objectives into clear marketing roadmaps (SEO, Google Ads, GEO, tracking, CRM flows).

  • Run weekly updates and monthly performance & planning calls.

  • Prepare agendas, summaries, and next-step plans.

  • Proactively communicate progress, blockers, wins, and performance insights.

  • Build long-term trust and account stability through structured communication.


2. Marketing Execution Management

  • Oversee and actively manage:

    • SEO programs (on-page, content, technical, GEO optimization)

    • Google Ads campaigns (search, display, retargeting – oversight + optimization guidance)

    • Tracking systems (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, event validation)

    • Google Business Profile (GMB) growth initiatives

    • GoHighLevel CRM & funnel ecosystems

  • Review campaign performance and ensure insights are translated into action plans.

  • Validate that marketing outputs match both strategy and technical correctness.

  • Ensure every client always has a rolling 30-day execution plan.


3. Ticket Triage & Marketing Task Ownership

  • Receive, classify, and prioritize marketing requests.

  • Assign marketing complexity levels (Low / Normal / High).

  • Route work to:

    • SEO specialists

    • Ads specialists

    • Tracking & analytics support

    • CRM/GHL resources

  • Build Marketing Task Handoff Packages, including:

    • Business context

    • Campaign objectives

    • Assets & access

    • Tracking expectations

    • Success criteria


4. Quality Control & Performance Validation

  • Perform pre-delivery QA on:

    • Google Ads setups and changes

    • SEO implementations

    • Tracking accuracy (GTM, GA4, conversions, events)

    • GHL workflows and funnel behavior

    • Landing page alignment & CRO fundamentals

  • Validate that all marketing work is measurable, structured, and aligned with KPIs.

  • Track and resolve defects, inconsistencies, and performance blockers.


5. Workflow, Reporting & Growth Visibility

  • Maintain marketing clarity inside Teamwork/Jira.

  • Track:

    • Campaigns running

    • SEO outputs shipped

    • Tracking health

    • Open blockers

    • Growth priorities

  • Maintain a client growth snapshot:

    • Traffic and lead trends

    • Conversion health

    • Active tests and optimizations

    • Opportunities for scale or expansion

  • Collaborate with Ops and Analytics teams on KPI reviews and planning.

Success Indicators

  • 95%+ marketing deliverables shipped on time

  • Conversion tracking accuracy above 98%

  • All clients have live, measurable campaigns

  • Clients clearly understand what is happening and why

  • Retention and account expansion trend upward

  • Minimal reactive firefighting — most actions are proactive


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years managing marketing clients inside an agency or growth consultancy

  • Hands-on understanding of:

    • SEO systems & workflows

    • Google Ads campaign execution

    • GA4 & Google Tag Manager

    • Tracking infrastructure & attribution basics

    • Google Business Profile optimization

    • GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms

  • Proven experience translating marketing goals into structured execution.

  • Ability to QA marketing and tracking setups.

  • Experience coordinating performance teams or vendors.

  • Strong written and verbal client communication skills.

  • Comfort operating inside structured delivery systems.

Strongly Preferred

  • Agency background (multi-client ownership)

  • CRO and funnel optimization understanding

  • Email marketing and automation exposure

  • Experience improving retention and LTV

  • Ability to read dashboards and turn metrics into plans
