About the Role

We are hiring a performance-focused Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate has experience working with service-based B2C clients, with a strong focus on local lead generation and measurable ROI.

You will be responsible for campaign execution, daily optimization, performance tracking, and collaboration with our internal team.

This is a contract role requiring a minimum of 5 hours of daily overlap with the PST timezone.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns

  • Generate high-quality leads through local targeting and conversion-focused tactics

  • Write ad copy, manage budgets, and implement A/B testing

  • Track key metrics including CPL, CTR, and conversion rates

  • Build and deliver performance reports with actionable insights

  • Collaborate with funnel, CRO, and analytics team members

  • Contribute to both client campaigns and internal growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Local)

  • 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram lead generation)

  • Proven track record managing lead generation campaigns for service-based B2C businesses (e.g. windows, roofing, HVAC, cleaning, home improvement)

  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and attribution tracking

  • Strong understanding of local lead generation strategies and performance optimization

  • Minimum 4 hours daily availability within the PST timezone

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Unbounce, or CallRail

  • Familiarity with Performance Max campaigns

  • Agency background or experience managing multiple accounts
