Mortgage Broker

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processor to join our offshore support team for a leading Australian mortgage broking firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong mortgage processing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal staff.

What you'll do:

• Fact Find & Data Entry (Mercury)

  • Collect and verify supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and requesting corrections when needed.
  • Correctly name and save documents according to company standards.
  • Input client information into Mercury, set up new Opportunities, and send requests for supporting documents.

• Lodgment (Apply Online)

  • Enter data and upload documents into Apply Online.
  • Submit loan applications through Apply Online.

• Monitoring & Administrative Tasks

  • Track compliance and application progress, taking proactive action as required.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate between staff, clients, and external parties.
  • Respond promptly to emails, valuation requests, and general queries.
  • Maintain organised filing, record-keeping, and scheduling.
  • Support process optimisation by suggesting and implementing efficiency improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience with an Australian mortgage broking firm is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including creating professional business presentations.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to undertake Australian skills-based training.
