Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Prepare Notices of Meeting, Budgets, and other relevant documents
- Record and action meeting minutes efficiently
- Draft Contracts of Appointment and issue Owners Corporation Certificates
- Manage and update insurance details and claims
- Maintain and update owner information and acquisition/disposition records
- Coordinate posting of contribution notices and related communications
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer peripherals
- High accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and client-focused mindset
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
