Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms, along with modern AI-powered sourcing tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and networking platforms
  • Leverage AI sourcing tools (e.g., talent intelligence platforms, Boolean automation tools, resume parsers) to identify high-quality candidates
  • Utilize Manatal ATS to manage candidate pipelines, track interactions, and maintain accurate recruitment data
  • Use HubSpot CRM to nurture candidate relationships, manage talent pools, and track engagement campaigns
  • Conduct candidate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels with personalized messaging
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build targeted sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and emerging sourcing technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with Manatal ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or comparable CRM tools
  • Experience with AI-driven sourcing tools (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter AI features, ChatGPT-assisted workflows)
  • Strong Boolean search and X-ray sourcing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
