Job Title: Sourcing Specialist (AI, ATS & CRM Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms, along with modern AI-powered sourcing tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and networking platforms
- Leverage AI sourcing tools (e.g., talent intelligence platforms, Boolean automation tools, resume parsers) to identify high-quality candidates
- Utilize Manatal ATS to manage candidate pipelines, track interactions, and maintain accurate recruitment data
- Use HubSpot CRM to nurture candidate relationships, manage talent pools, and track engagement campaigns
- Conduct candidate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels with personalized messaging
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build targeted sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and emerging sourcing technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
- Hands-on experience with Manatal ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or comparable CRM tools
- Experience with AI-driven sourcing tools (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter AI features, ChatGPT-assisted workflows)
- Strong Boolean search and X-ray sourcing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
