Position: Telehandler / 360 Driver

Location: Limerick, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate telehandlers and 360-degree excavators safely and efficiently on construction and industrial sites

  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as directed by supervisors and site management

  • Support site operations by transporting and positioning heavy loads in line with project requirements

  • Perform daily equipment checks, routine maintenance, and report any faults or issues immediately

  • Interpret site plans and follow instructions to carry out lifting and movement tasks accurately

  • Ensure all lifting and driving activities are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Work closely with riggers, supervisors, and other trades to coordinate safe lifting and movement operations

  • Maintain accurate records of machine use, inspections, and incident reports

  • Assist with general site duties when required to support overall project progress

  • Promote a strong safety culture on-site, including attending toolbox talks and participating in safety checks

Qualifications:

  • Valid telehandler and 360 excavator driver certifications/tickets (CPCS, CSCS, or equivalent)

  • Safe Pass and relevant site safety training/certifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating telehandlers and/or 360 excavators on construction or industrial projects

  • Strong knowledge of lifting techniques, load limits, and equipment capabilities

  • Ability to read and follow site instructions, lifting plans, and safety guidelines

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Physically fit and capable of operating heavy machinery for extended periods

  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency on-site
