Position: Rigger

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging activities for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and components
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine rigging requirements
• Inspect rigging equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Safely operate cranes and other lifting equipment to move heavy loads
• Communicate with team members to coordinate rigging activities and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any rigging issues that may arise
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Continuously improve rigging processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rigger in a similar industry
• Valid rigging certification
• Safe Pass
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and procedures
