Position: High-Purity Pipe Fitter
Location: Limerick, Ireland

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and maintain high-purity piping systems for industries such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and biotech
- Read and interpret technical drawings, isometrics, and specifications for high-purity installations
- Cut, bend, and prepare tubing and piping in stainless steel and other approved materials to required tolerances
- Perform orbital welding preparation and work closely with welders to ensure precision joins
- Conduct pressure testing, inspections, and verification of piping systems to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of all work to meet high-purity and cleanroom requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation of work performed, including test results and material traceability
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site
- Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure efficient project delivery
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and productivity
Qualifications:
- Mechanical or pipe fitting trade qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-purity or cleanroom piping installation
- Knowledge of high-purity standards, practices, and industry regulations
- Experience with stainless steel tube fitting and orbital welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to very fine tolerances
- Safe Pass and relevant site safety training/certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in cleanroom environments
- Commitment to quality, safety, and adherence to strict project requirements
