Senior H&S Officer – Frankfurt

Duration: 8–10 months (starting mid-April)

Overview

Profleet Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety (H&S) Officer to support a major data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a key role ensuring the highest standards of safety compliance on a fast-paced, high-value site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site-based health and safety activities
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client safety standards
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Liaise with client H&S teams and site management
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior H&S role on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of EU safety regulations
• Relevant certification (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to operate independently in a high-pressure environment
