The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support large-scale industrial and data centre projects in Denmark. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical installation activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all mechanical installation activities on site.

Manage and lead mechanical trades and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, drawings, method statements and risk assessments.

Enforce site health & safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, client representatives and other supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Plan daily and weekly work schedules and allocate resources accordingly.

Monitor progress against programme and report delays or issues proactively.

Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging activities.

Support commissioning and handover activities where required.

Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
Requirements / Qualifications

Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or similar leadership role on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.

Strong background in mechanical installation (pipework, HVAC, plant installation, or similar).

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Experience working with international teams and on overseas projects is an advantage.

Relevant trade qualification or mechanical engineering background preferred.

Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Willingness to travel and work in Denmark for the project duration.
