Position: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Limerick, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical teams on-site to ensure project deadlines are met
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and testing of mechanical systems, equipment, and pipework
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans to guide team operations
- Monitor work progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring all team members adhere to regulations and site procedures
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to mechanical teams
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to report on progress, challenges, and resource needs
- Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, manpower hours, and site reports
- Promote continuous improvement in workflows, productivity, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Mechanical trade qualification or relevant engineering certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within mechanical installation or construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pipework, and fabrication processes
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Proven track record of maintaining safety and quality standards on large projects
- Safe Pass and relevant site safety training/certifications
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
