Mechanical Supervisors & Mechanical Superintendents – Immediate Start

ProFleet Group is currently recruiting experienced Mechanical Supervisors and Mechanical Superintendents for an immediate start on a major pharmaceutical and high-tech engineering project in Dresden, Germany.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing engineering contractors, delivering complex mechanical installations on a flagship industrial development.

We are looking for proven leaders with extensive experience managing mechanical installation teams, driving programme delivery and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.



Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation activities on site.
* Lead teams of pipefitters, TIG welders, mechanical fitters and subcontractors.
* Plan daily and weekly work activities to achieve project milestones.
* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved RAMS and permits.
* Monitor productivity, labour resources and programme progress.
* Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, QA/QC and HSE teams.
* Review engineering drawings, isometrics and installation packages.
* Ensure all installations comply with project specifications and quality standards.
* Manage inspections, testing, punch list activities and mechanical completion.
* Report progress, delays and resource requirements to senior management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and site management.



Essential Requirements

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Mechanical Superintendent.
* Previous experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor or Industrial Construction projects.
* Strong background in stainless steel process pipework and mechanical installations.
* Proven ability to lead large mechanical workforces.
* Experience working within live and high-specification environments.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project documentation.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Strong commitment to Health & Safety and Quality.
* SSSTS, SMSTS or equivalent supervisory qualification is advantageous.
* EU Passport or legal right to work within the European Union.
