Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Director for our Case Management department in Myrtle Beach, S.C. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to oversee our team of Case Managers and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
The Registered Nurse Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve case management processes and outcomes. This individual will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration, ensuring the best possible care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Case Management department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve case management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the Case Management team
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Case Management team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing education and training to ensure the team's success
- Act as a liaison between the Case Management department and other departments within the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in case management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all case management activities
- Serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff regarding case management issues and concerns
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of South Carolina
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Proficient in electronic medical records and other computer systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
