JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Float Pool - Critical Care Unit

RN FLOAT - CCU

Full-Time NIGHTS

Registered Nurse candidates for the Critical Care Unit Float Pool will have the following job responsibilities:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Float Pool - Critical Care Unit

RN FLOAT - CCU

Full-Time NIGHTS

Registered Nurse candidates for the Critical Care Unit Float Pool must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care Critical Care RN experience within unit required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred

Float Rates:

Critical Care RN: $43 flat rate

Sign ON: $25k (Nights Only)Relo: Case By Case

Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends
