JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical Unit
RN - MED/SURG
Full-Time
Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical Surgical Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- Implements medically prescribed interventions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical Unit
RN - MED/SURG

Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- 1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) acute care RN experience Required (Open to any acute care RN experience) *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation. State of Florida license or appropriate compact licensure. If Florida is not the primary State on the multi-state license must establish Florida as primary on license within 90 days of hire or within 90 days of establishing residency in Florida (whichever is sooner).
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.
Salary Range: Flat rate of $43 an HR (no matter on years of experience)
Shift Differentials: Nights $4.25 and the weekend: $3
Sign on: $20k
