JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Cardiac Electrophysiology Technician

Cardian Electrophysiology Technician candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

• Assists cardiologists with complex heart procedures to diagnose and treat arrhythmias and other cardiac conditions by preparing patients, operating specialized equipment like 3D mapping systems, placing catheters, monitoring heart rhythms, and maintaining equipment. 
• They interpret data, assist with device implantation (like pacemakers), and require an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, often with a certification such as RCES.

Cardian Electrophysiology Technician candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Graduate of CCAHEP accredited program
• 2 years of Electronophysiology experience with knowledge of EP and Abalation devices required ( Would Consider candidates that dont have acute care experience but it is strongly preferred)
• BLS and ACLS required
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
