REGISTERED NURSE - CARDIAC CATH LAB

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab at our location in Farmington, NM. As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Cath Lab, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. Responsibilities: - Assess patients' medical history and current condition to develop an individualized care plan - Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment during cardiac catheterization procedures - Administer medications and provide other treatments as prescribed by the physician - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care for patients - Educate patients and their families about the procedure, potential risks, and post-procedure care - Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress - Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards - Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current in the field of cardiac care Requirements: - Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New Mexico - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac care setting, preferably in a cardiac cath lab - BLS and ACLS certifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and equipment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
