JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Department

RN DIR - ED

Registered Nurse Director Emergency Department candidates will have the following minimum job responsibilities: 

As Director of Emergency Services, you'll provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for a large, high-volume department. You'll guide a talented team, ensure the highest standards of care, and drive performance improvement across all aspects of emergency nursing.

This role offers:

• Full 24-hour accountability for the Emergency Department
• The opportunity to lead 100+ FTEs serving approximately 5,000 patients per month

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Department

RN DIR - ED

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director Emergency Department candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current or obtained upon hire)
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
• Minimum 3 years of acute care experience and 2 years in a supervisory/management role
• BSN required (or actively enrolled with completion within one year)
