JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical Pharmacist candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

• Our Pharmacists provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services for hospital inpatients. 
• The role of the Pharmacy is to promote safe and effective medication therapy for all patients and to provide oversight and leadership of the medication use system.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Clinical Pharmacist

HOSP - CLIN PHARM

Full-Time

Clinical Pharmacist candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Open to experience. Hospital Pharmacy experience is preferred but not required. *would consider new grads and Pharmacy retail experience.
• B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is preferred
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
• Completion of hospital PGY1/ pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship highly preferred
• Specialty BCPS certification preferred
