Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Director for our Case Management department. As the Registered Nurse Director of Case Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our case management department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient care to our patients. You will lead a team of case managers and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of case managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the case management program
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
- Manage the department budget and resources effectively
- Provide education and training to staff on case management best practices
- Act as a liaison between the case management department and other departments within the organization
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Qualifications:
- Current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving department goals
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing healthcare environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
