What You Will Do
- Lead, coach & inspire store teams.
- Boost sales and deliver business results.
- Manage all retail daily operations, stock, and budgets.
- Drive expansion with new store openings.
- Collaborate on local marketing & campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven retail leadership experience with strong sales orientation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit flexible and hands-on.
- Trustworthy, digitally savvy, fluent in Croatian & English.
- Based in or near Zagreb.
