About the Role
As Key Account Manager, you will own the strategic development of our allergy portfolio in Slovenia. You will cultivate relationships with top healthcare institutions and specialists to expand access to our treatments. This is a field-based role: you will travel across Slovenia to engage and educate key opinion leaders in allergy care. You will work closely with internal teams to align commercial activities and ensure our ambitious growth targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales and market growth for the allergy/immunotherapy portfolio.
- Identify, engage and manage keyaccounts in Slovenia.
- Build strong partnerships with targeted healthcare professionals allergologists, immunologists, pulmonologists, pediatricians, ER physicians and specialists.
- Conduct educational presentations and training sessions on companys products to HCPs and key opinion leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to implement local strategies and support key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide actionable insights to management.
- Track performance against targets and report on sales forecasts and results.
Profile Were Looking For
- Experience: 3 years in a field-based sales or commercial role within the pharmaceutical (Rx or OTC) industry, ideally with experience in account management or working with specialist HCPs.
- Qualifications: A background in life sciences or a related field. Fluency in Slovenian and English is required.
- Personality: Charismatic, ambitious and independent a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and achieving targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills; proven ability to influence senior physicians and healthcare decision-makers.
- Drive: Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong strategic mindset. Able to work autonomously but also collaborate effectively within a team.
