Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge passenger information and rolling stock management systems used by public transport networks worldwide. You will shape products that directly enhance the passenger experience while collaborating with world-leading technology and construction partners such as Hitachi Rail, Siemens, Nokia, and major multinational construction firms on landmark infrastructure projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on transformative projects across Europe, Africa, and Asia, contributing to the next generation of intelligent transport solutions, including digital signage and rolling stock management systems. Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for passenger information, digital signage, and rolling stock management solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and international partners to ensure product success.
• International Project Management: Support the management of complex, long-term projects (up to 4 years), including government tenders and consortia collaborations.
• Customization & Upgrades: Oversee client-specific customizations and product upgrades.
• Market Insight & Compliance: Guide product decisions with knowledge of the public transport industry, tender processes, and regulations.
• Travel & Collaboration: Occasional travel (approx. every two months for ~3 days) to client sites and international project locations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing complex software products, ideally in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with public tenders, government negotiations, and long-term project delivery is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding to work closely with development teams on application design and functionality.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strategic mindset and ability to define product vision and influence roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support projects and collaborate with clients and partners.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
