To support continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager responsible for Slovenia and Croatia. This role is ideal for a commercially driven, people-oriented leader who thrives in health-focused retail and pharmacy environments, and who is passionate about building, coaching, and empowering teams.
This is a high-impact, field-driven position combining strategic commercial leadership with hands-on execution in pharmacy, wellness, and selective FMCG distribution channels. The ideal candidate brings a sharp commercial mindset, strong market insight, and a passion for fostering customer-centric, high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales activities across Slovenia and Croatia, focusing on pharmacy, health retail, and selective FMCG channels.
- Shape and implement growth-oriented commercial strategies aligned with market trends, consumer behavior, and channel-specific dynamics.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing field sales team, ensuring strong execution, coaching, and continuous capability building across borders.
- Develop and maintain trusted commercial partnerships with pharmacy chains, distributors, retail buyers, and health-focused stakeholders.
- Track competitor activity and market shifts, ensuring responsive go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and trade activation teams to support brand visibility, sell-out activities, and in-store excellence.
- Foster a performance culture based on accountability, trust, and knowledge sharing.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership within consumer health, premium FMCG or wellness-related industries, ideally in regional or multi-country settings.
- Deep familiarity with pharmacy and health retail dynamics, including distributor relationships and in-store activation models.
- Skilled in building, coaching, and managing field sales teams across different countries and cultures.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with operational discipline and hands-on attitude.
- Fluent in Slovenian and Croatian; English proficiency is essential for cross-border and corporate interactions.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
