About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented Sales Representative to cover the Belgrade territory. This is a hunter-type sales role, ideal for professionals who thrive on identifying and closing new business opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. If you're a self-starter with a passion for field sales and solution-oriented selling, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Promote and sell vending solutions tailored to clients needs, including equipment, service, and product packages.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to the management team.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in services, vending, or FMCG.
  • Strong track record in business development / sales hunting, with the ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Serbian and English (written and spoken).
