Logistics Manager

Are you a logistics professional ready to take full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations? Our client a dynamic, international company in the premium beverages sector is looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and optimize logistics across multiple markets in the region.

As the new Logistics Manager, youll drive the entire supply chain process from procurement through warehousing to cross-border distribution. Youll collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, while leading a local team and shaping future logistics strategy.

What you'll do:

• Oversee and continuously optimize warehousing, customs, and distribution processes
• Manage procurement and consolidate regional orders
• Ensure efficient coordination of inbound and outbound flows
• Lead and develop a dedicated logistics team
• Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision making
• Ensure compliance with customs and excise regulations
• Play a key role in introducing modern systems and tools

What were looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate a team
• Strong ERP/WMS system knowledge (SAP, Pantheon, or similar)
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
• Excellent command of English (regional languages a plus)
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach
