The Role
The Technical Support Engineer will play a key role in maintaining high service standards by:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support for customers and partners using IPTV/OTT solutions.
- Testing server-side software to ensure system stability and performance.
- Evaluating user applications and video playback quality across multiple platforms.
- Analyzing logs and collaborating with development teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Engaging directly with customers and partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively liaise with clients, developers, and technical teams.

Technical Skills & Experience
- Experience in software testing (manual and automated).
- Ability to write technical documentation concisely and effectively.
- Familiarity with REST API fundamentals and tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Fluent in English or Slovenian for effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of video streaming protocols (HLS, MPEG-DASH, SRT).
- Knowledge of CDN architecture and video content distribution.
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and log analysis.
