What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire the marketing team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and continuous development.
• Develop and execute brand strategies that resonate with consumers and deliver measurable business results.
• Take ownership of the full marketing mix from traditional to digital, shopper, and experiential campaigns.
• Use market insights and consumer data to drive innovation and sharpen product positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, R&D, and agency partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Contribute to regional/global marketing alignment and knowledge sharing.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in brand or product marketing within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Proven success in launching and growing consumer brands across multiple channels.
• Strong commercial acumen able to link brand strategy with business outcomes.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data and insight tools.
• Fluent in Slovene and English, both written and spoken.
