We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist for our client, a renowned global technology company active in the fields of automation, smart infrastructure, and digital transformation. Position overview
The successful candidate will provide technical support and expertise for automation and building management solutions, with a particular focus on SCADA systems and related digital technologies. The role involves close collaboration with customers, internal sales teams, and international specialists to ensure the delivery of efficient and reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and occasionally on-site
• Test, simulate, and validate system integrations and cloud-based solutions
• Assist with pilot projects and escalate technical issues as needed
• Prepare and deliver training sessions for customers and partners
• Specify, configure, and document SCADA and cloud solutions, including software licensing
• Collaborate with the sales team to align technical solutions with client requirements

Required qualifications and competencies

• Proven knowledge of SCADA systems (experience with building management systems is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and colleagues
• Understanding of energy monitoring and optimization systems, and familiarity with PLC/DDC controllers
• Completed technical education (higher level)
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an asset
• Valid Category B drivers license
