The role

As a Trade Marketing Representative, you will take full ownership of your territory, ensuring outstanding in-store execution and delivering on volume, distribution, and availability targets. With a data-driven approach and a strong commercial mindset, you will create value for both the business and your retail partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritize store visits based on customer potential and sales data

  • Execute trade marketing activities and track performance against clear objectives

  • Use local market insights to improve cycle plans and optimize program results

  • Monitor competitor and retailer activities to identify new business opportunities

  • Present compelling sales arguments and provide category management advice

  • Negotiate short-term commercial agreements and ensure planogram compliance

  • Secure optimal pricing, product listings, stock levels, and in-store visibility

  • Train and support store staff on the importance of availability and execution

  • Facilitate ordering processes and coordinate logistics when required

What were looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in FMCG sales or field sales

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented

  • Confident user of MS Office and sales reporting tools

  • A university degree is an advantage

  • Fluent Slovenian and good command of English
