We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development to join our growing team. As a BD, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries.
  • Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize opportunities.
  • Present the company's products/services to potential clients in a compelling and informative manner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions that meet their business requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and insights to clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience in Business Development / Partnership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus.
