Local Trainer SAP S4HANA Implementation (Contract Based)

Client: Mining industry

Location: Energy Building, SCBD (Full Onsite)

Status: Contract 6 months

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience specializing in the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, with strong cross-functional knowledge in Procurement (MM), Inventory Management, and Asset Management.

  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for diverse user groups within an organization.

  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, with ability to develop comprehensive training materials suited to various learning styles.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify and address training needs.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to SAP S4/HANA EAM, Maintenance, Inventory, and Procurement modules.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

  • Passionate about driving innovation in workforce development and user enablement.

  • Flexibility to travel domestically/internationally to support project activities.

  • Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in the mining or contracting industry.

  • Certification(s) in training or instructional design is a plus.
