Local Trainer SAP S4HANA Implementation (Contract Based)
Client: Mining industry
Location: Energy Building, SCBD (Full Onsite)
Status: Contract 6 months
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience specializing in the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, with strong cross-functional knowledge in Procurement (MM), Inventory Management, and Asset Management.

Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for diverse user groups within an organization.

Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, with ability to develop comprehensive training materials suited to various learning styles.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify and address training needs.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to SAP S4/HANA EAM, Maintenance, Inventory, and Procurement modules.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Passionate about driving innovation in workforce development and user enablement.

Flexibility to travel domestically/internationally to support project activities.

Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
Desirable:

Prior experience in the mining or contracting industry.

Certification(s) in training or instructional design is a plus.
