IT SAP Support

Industry: Infrastructure / Toll Road

Location: TMII, East Jakarta

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite (WFO)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for SAP applications.
• Coordinate with users and internal IT teams to resolve SAP-related issues.
• Support and monitor SAP HANA Database from an application perspective.
• Assist in troubleshooting application and database-related issues.
• Support documentation and daily operational activities.

Key Requirements

• Female candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiar with SAP applications and SAP HANA Database.
• Understanding of SAP functional processes and basic database concepts.
• Experience as IT Application Support or SAP Support is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
