Job Responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with potential data source partners
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions
• Prepare partnership proposals and business cases
• Manage partnership implementation from initiation to execution
• Explore and evaluate new data sources for business needs
• Monitor data quality, SLA, and utilization
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Business Development, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Analyze market trends and identify strategic partnership opportunities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (all majors are welcome, preferably Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnership, Partnership Management, Data Partnership, or similar roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Willing to travel for business when required
• Experience in Fintech, Digital Banking, P2P Lending, BNPL, Payment Gateway, Credit Bureau, or Data Aggregator is an advantage

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills are important.
• Exposure to data products, credit scoring, fraud detection, or alternative data is a strong plus.
