Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the recruitment services industry.

  • Strong background in an Account Manager or Business Development role, specifically in IT & Non-IT staffing, or software development services.

  • Proficient in full-cycle business development, especially in selling IT resource contracts.

  • Solid understanding of IT job functions, industry trends, services, and technology solutions.

  • Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients who require IT products, services, or staffing solutions.

  • Deliver client presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to generate revenue.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Ensure all necessary documents are completed before the hiring process begins, including client agreements, job requirements, budget, contract duration, compensation/benefits, service arrangements, or letters of intent.

  • Gather detailed job requirements from clients.

  • Submit candidate resumes to clients and maintain prompt, ongoing communication regarding feedback and progress.

  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to provide updates such as live coding schedules, user interviews, and application status.

  • Collect client feedback on service quality and work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with recruitment, operations, legal, and finance teams to finalize client contracts.
