We are seeking a visionary and experienced professional to lead our Procurement Ecosystem Department. This critical leadership role will oversee the development and commercialization of our in-house procurement application, initially tailored for our group’s purchasing needs and ultimately intended for market launch to external clients.

As Department Head, you will manage a growing team of developers and business professionals, drive product strategy and lifecycle, ensure alignment with business goals, and provide commercial oversight to ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the end-to-end development of the procurement application.

Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure functional delivery.

Define product roadmap, milestones, and release plans in alignment with ISM’s strategic goals.

Manage and mentor team members, including developers, business analysts, and commercial staff.

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and senior management for feedback, pilot testing, and implementation strategies.

Drive a go-to-market strategy and business model for the commercialization of the platform.

Ensure the application meets industry standards for performance, scalability, and security.

Mandatory required:

Minimum 4 years of experience in product development or technology management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong background in procurement systems, supply chain platforms, or B2B SaaS solutions.

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Familiarity with procurement workflows, vendor management, and purchasing controls.

Commercial acumen with the ability to align product development with business outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
