This role requires strong hands-on expertise and ownership in managing enterprise-scale public cloud and container platforms.

Employment: Full-Time (Contractual)

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in: 

  • Public cloud platforms, including but not limited to GCP, AWS, Alibaba Cloud. 
  • Container orchestration platforms, including but not limited to OCP, GKE, EKS. 

Technical Skills 

Strong expertise in: 

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including core cloud services and architecture. 
  • OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Kubernetes-based container orchestration. 

Proven experience with: 

  • CI/CD tools (ArgoCD, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Ansible). o Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform). 
  • Scripting languages (Bash, Python). 
  • Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki Stack). 

Solid understanding of DevOps practices and automation frameworks. Additional experience is a plus: 

  • Cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, etc.). 
  • AI/ML services (e.g., Vertex AI). 

Security & Compliance In-depth understanding of: 

  • o Cloud security best practices. 
  • o Container security. Risk management and compliance standards Certifications (Preferred) Kubernetes certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD). 

Red Hat OpenShift certification (e.g., EX280, EX288). 

Google Cloud or other public cloud certifications. 

Language High proficiency in written and spoken English.

Job Descriptions 

  • Provision, configure, and maintain public cloud platforms and container orchestration platforms to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. 
  • Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to ensure platform reliability and stability. 
  • Optimize infrastructure cost and resource utilization across public cloud platforms (FinOps awareness). 
  • Plan and manage capacity, including resource estimation and allocation for container orchestration platforms to support project onboarding and workload growth. 
  • Automate infrastructure deployment and operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps best practice tools. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability to prevent performance degradation and resolve issues as they arise. 
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support activities such as system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements. 
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and risk management frameworks in both public cloud platforms and container orchestration platforms. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configurations, operational procedures, and best practices. 
  • Be willing to work on-site at Matraman, Jakarta, and be available for on-call support outside of regular business hours as needed.
