Requirements:
1. Experience in penetration testing (application security before go-live)
2. Must have at least 1 certification: CEH / CPENT / PJPT / eJPT / CompTIA Pentest+ / etc
2. Min. D3 (fresh grad with cert + hands-on exp welcome)
3. Strong understanding of application security & vulnerability assessment
