We are hiring on behalf of a B2B demand generation and sales development company, working with clients across North America and Europe to build qualified sales pipelines and drive predictable revenue growth. They partner closely with sales leaders and founders to turn outbound activity into measurable pipeline.
The Role
Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives at the intersection of structured outbound execution and strategic prospecting.
This is not a passive inbound role. You will play a critical part in building a qualified sales pipeline through disciplined outbound engagement, working directly with senior sales leadership to initiate value-led conversations with key decision-makers across the European market.
Location: Europe-based, focused on the European region.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify prospective clients across the EU
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Initiate structured, value-led conversations with key stakeholders
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leadership
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
What We're Looking For
- Native-level or fully fluent French with conversational English
- Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
- Strong objection-handling capabilities
- Professional communication and executive presence
- High level of organisation, accountability, and target ownership
