We are hiring on behalf of a B2B demand generation and sales development company, working with clients across North America and Europe to build qualified sales pipelines and drive predictable revenue growth. They partner closely with sales leaders and founders to turn outbound activity into measurable pipeline.
The Role
Our client is looking for a German-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound growth across the DACH market.
This is a performance-driven role — not a passive inbound position. You will be speaking directly with decision-makers, so clarity, confidence, and structure are essential. Full professional fluency in German and English is a hard requirement.
Location: Europe-based, focused on the DACH region.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
- Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment
- Coordinate with clients to improve sales strategies and qualify sales leads
- Track all activities through CRM (Salesforce and/or HubSpot) and create weekly reports on industry trends, pipeline, and conversation highlights
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native German — C1/C2 mandatory
- Strong professional English
- Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
- Confidence in cold outreach and objection handling
- Professional communication style
- Strong ownership mindset
