About the Role

Pro Solution Staffing is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our administrative team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks in a professional learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and student tours as needed.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documentation.

  • Support the admissions and administrative teams with filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.

  • Assist with event coordination, orientations, and other school-related activities.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or administrative experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role (educational or healthcare setting preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole) is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 3:30 PM

  • Employment Type: Part-Time

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
