About the Role
Pro Solution Staffing is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our administrative team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks in a professional learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and student tours as needed.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documentation.

Support the admissions and administrative teams with filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.

Assist with event coordination, orientations, and other school-related activities.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or administrative experience preferred.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role (educational or healthcare setting preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole) is a plus, but not required.
