As we continue to expand our internal capabilities, were looking to bring on a highly skilled Clay Specialist to help strengthen our lead generation and outbound outreach efforts.

About the Role:
Were looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Clay Specialist who can take ownership of our existing Clay workflows and help us optimise our cold email strategy. This is a freelance, part-time position requiring approximately 45 hours per week, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and results. You'll be working directly with our business development and marketing team to ensure that our outbound operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our Clay account, ensuring leads are regularly topped up and segmented appropriately
Identify patterns and performance trends across campaigns; suggest and implement improvements
Refine and tweak cold email messaging to increase engagement and conversions
Replace inactive or dead mailboxes to maintain strong sender reputation and improve deliverability
Optimise and update workflows to ensure maximum campaign efficiency and reach
Troubleshoot technical issues or inconsistencies in campaign flows when needed

What Were Looking For:
Proven experience working with Clay and managing cold email campaigns at scale
Strong understanding of deliverability best practices, inbox placement, and sender reputation management
Experience in A/B testing and data analysis related to outreach performance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with a flexible, hourly freelance setup
Bonus if you have experience working with B2B lead generation tools and CRM integrations
