About the Role
ProSource is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support one of our clients based in Australia. The successful candidate will play a vital role within the People & Culture department, providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the organisation.
This is a remote position, reporting directly to the Group People & Culture Manager.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
Recruitment & Onboarding Includes posting job advertisements, coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, maintaining applicant tracking records, and facilitating onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Payroll & Benefits Support
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate updates of employee information.
HR Reporting & Projects
Compile HR metrics and generate regular reports. Assist in the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and HR-related projects.
Key Relationships
You will work closely with the Group People & Culture Manager, People & Culture Team, Payroll and Finance Teams, internal employees and line managers, as well as external HR and recruitment service providers.
Qualifications and Experience
A certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
You should have at least 13 years of experience in a similar HR administration or support role.
Familiarity with HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
An understanding of employment legislation and HR processes is desirable, but not required.
