About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of order processing and supporting the sales team with data analysis to drive business decisions. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support overall sales efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage and amend customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Review order discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
Perform regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
Generate and maintain accurate reports related to sales performance and order status.
Support the sales team with data insights that contribute to strategic planning and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales operations, order management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
